Love my neon light! The whole process was great from submitting my criteria to having the mock up sent over same day to shipping quickly and hanging my neon light on the wall.

We haven't unwrapped it completely since it's for our wedding but we plugged it in and it's PERFECT! The color is so warm and pretty.

Began abit skeptical as I am with a lot of online purchases but easy communications with Denis was a good first sign, purchase and ordering was easy and then receiving the product within the time frame specified was better than expected. Box was reinforced to help prevent damages happening in transit, opened up and plugged in to test it out and was super stoked with the outcome and product. Is purchased for my wedding which is in a couple weeks but is a perfect forever momento for after as well

Honestly, I don't know where to start. I shopped around for neon signs for a while and there was so much uncertainty with buying something custom like this. I found that pricing was hands down the best with Neon Icons. I submitted my business logo to them thinking they'd never be able to build a neon out of it. They assured me they could and I took the leap. Within 3 weeks it was done, shipped and I received it almost a week before the tracking said I would. The turn around time was shocking. The quality and accuracy even more shocking. Overall, I don't think I could be more pleased with the outcome. Customer service, delivery, everything was perfect. If more companies followed these values; the world would be a better place. I should mention I bought two of these; both were perfect. You might think this is some fake testimonial, wrong. I'm real. We are very happy with our Neon sign which we only just got installed on the 11/01/22 which our customers are saying our sign looks Amazing and we can find your shop know as it is very bright even in the daylight hours, it is remote control which is very handy for how you want the sign to display and we are very glad we purchased our sign with Neonicons who were very helpful with getting the Neon sign to look exactly how we wanted it to look outside our shop Brilliant and thank you very much Neonicons.

Everyone that I went to with my Logo said it would be a issue making it and we cant make it how you want it. But when it came to Neon Icons they pretty much said “we got you!”. Extremely happy with my sign. It came in about 3 weeks and couldn't have been more delighted when it arrived. Also I’m a Gamer so when my stream seen this everybody was asking for the info! I will definitely be back for more signs. Dope work Neon Icons!

I got this neon light for my little poodle Lolita. She loves it. I'm pleasantly surprised at how well designed it is...the 'Perspex' backing sheet is really discreet/not visible, all the wires are transparent... a lot of thought has gone into designing a great, beautiful product. The purchase and delivery process was also very streamlined and easy. Well done Neon Icon.

I initially came across Neon Icons when I was browsing Etsy in November 2020, and Eugene and I have been corresponding since to create and design the perfect neon sign for my boyfriend's Valentine's Day gift. Throughout the designing stage, Eugene was very patient and understanding with, and responsive to, all of my requests and inquiries. To my surprise, they closed their Etsy store a few months later but fortunately, I came across their official website to finalize the entire process. Eugene and his team were super helpful and friendly, and despite placing my order late, they aimed to work on and ship my order in time for Valentine's Day. Thankfully, I received it in time to give to my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it! My boyfriend really loves Lucky Cats! We will definitely order more neon signs from Neon Icons in the future. Sign is amazing - only half didn't work. (Due to shipping) and NOT the quality by any means. After a couple emails, the situation was resolved in a great way where the company is sending a new replacement item. Tremendous look - and would recommend this company highly.

Highly recommend Eugene and NeonIcons! I ordered a custom piece for my fiancé and every step I was updated! There were hiccups as expected with CoVId but Eugene always was there to help! I changed the color to red as you can see through the picture! Truly awesome!
