I got with Neonicon from Australia to make a custom Kanji Chinese script from a standard paper. Ginny who is MD, I had phone calls with, about size,colors, acrylic is fantastic and can pick up what you down. I have had other neon pieces with Neonicon and service and communication are the best! This neon is a Harley sidecart which I built. This was my first piece Neonicon made. I believe I had 8 or 9 changes from add ons to color changes. This is a MB-3 Willys neon project which Neonicon made from a photo. Words can't describe the quality. This was the second neon sign Neonicon had made for me. Listen up, there was a broken tube and I took pics of the box and broken tube. Ginny at Neonicon ordered new tubes and made pleasant experience from the tube issue. The only hold up I had was Chinese New year of 14day. The new tube fit perfect! The 100% satisfaction, they stand by it!

The packaging was wonderful, and they had everything very detailed and lined out on which adapter went with which sign. Highly recommend, I am going to order two more signs in fact.!!! First off the packaging it's self is also just so amazing, it's packaged with the most care and compact packaging I've ever seen, and also looks really nice. Now the product it's self, perfection is what this product is, it is exactly what I dreamed of, 11 out of 10 all the way!

Honestly I was kind of suspicious at first in wondering if this would be of good quality or a terrible product, but my mind has definitely changed. I’m so glad that I bought this sign, it has really brightened up my living room with great vibes. The PlayStation button really reminds me of my childhood.
